Physical Gift Card

Delivery

For Physical Gift Cards with a specified delivery date - we will despatch to the RECIPIENT address in advance of the scheduled date, allowing 1-2 days for unanticipated courier delays. If you prefer to give the card by hand - remember to deliver to yourself!

For Physical Gift Cards without a specified delivery date - we will fulfil within 1 day of ordering, and delivery timings follow our standard guidelines.

You will receive order updates via email, including full tracking information.

The Gift Card will be sent to the address specified in the Recipient Address and we are unable to modify the address - so please ensure it is entered accurately.

Information

The MESSAGE will be printed exactly as specified above, within the gift pack - so please ensure it is entered accurately. No default message will be added, if the message box is left blank.

All gift cards carry no expiry date and can be used both online and in-store.

There is no refunds/exchanges for Gift Cards and no cash alternative!
