1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS AND WEBSITE

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements, and prices on the Website are accurate. However:

-Measurements and sizing are approximate and may vary by fabric or construction

-All products are subject to availability

-Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees

-Products or promotions available online may differ from those available in-store

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.

 

2. YOUR ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity carried out under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account security has been compromised.

 

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods.

The ordering process includes:

-Adding items to your basket

-Entering billing and delivery details

-Completing payment

-Receiving an order confirmation email

Your order is not accepted until we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation email. A legally binding contract is formed only at this point.

Where an order includes multiple items, each item forms a separate contract.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including where:

-A product is unavailable

-Payment authorisation fails

-Pricing or product information is incorrect

-Fraud or misuse is suspected

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

 

4. PRICING, PAYMENT AND TAXES

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

-Prices include VAT where applicable

-Delivery charges are calculated at checkout

-Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international orders are your responsibility

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

 

5. DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

-Customs processing

-Courier delays

-Events outside our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

 

6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS (CONSUMER RIGHTS)

Ready-to-wear items

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for ready-to-wear items within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day cancellation period.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

 

Made-to-order, made-to-measure and pre-order items

The statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to ordermade to measurepersonalised, or produced specifically for you, in accordance with UK and EU consumer law.

Once production of a made-to-order or pre-order item has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or returned, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

Where possible, we may allow changes or cancellations before production begins. Any such request must be made in writing and is subject to our confirmation.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.

 

7. FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can resolve the issue.

 

8. MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

We may contact you regarding your order or customer service matters.

Marketing communications will only be sent where you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

 

9. FRAUD PREVENTION

We will never ask you to confirm payment or account details by email.

If you receive an email claiming to be from Diverso requesting such information, please ignore it and notify us immediately.

 

10. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Diverso.

You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, frame, or exploit any part of the Website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

-Death or personal injury caused by negligence

-Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

-Any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law

Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

 

12. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, system failures, transport disruption, or acts of God.

 

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes apply to new orders placed after publication on the Website.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
