We are happy to accept any item for exchange or credit note provided it has not been worn or washed and is returned in a saleable condition complete with original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
If you require an exchange/return please notify customer services as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com stating your order number (which can be found in the ‘my account’ section of the website or on the order confirmation email you received) – and we can reserve any item you may need to exchange.
To return any item – please complete the ‘Returns’ form found together with your delivery, and follow the postal instructions. It is your responsibility to send the item safely back to us and so we recommend sufficiently insuring the shipment and requesting a signature upon arrival.
Exchanges and returns can also be handled at our store location found on the contact page. Please provide a receipt of purchase when exchanging in store.
Account credit notes (where an exchange is not possible) can only be applied to the account from where the order was made and are non-transferable.
